TOLTRAZURIL 100ML
TOLTRAZURIL 100ml is caused by extensive research attempts to assist cure EPM (equine protozoal myeloencephalitis), which causes a multitude of consequences that manifest in a number of symptoms. Our solution represents a new benchmark in coccidiosis control, belonging to the chemical group of symmetric triazinons not related to some other anticoccidial drug currently being used in veterinary medicine. Our 5 percent alternative affects all intracellular structures of the one-celled protozoan parasite called Sarcocystis neurona. Toltrazuril is highly effective and has demonstrated the following advantages of TOLTRAZURIL 5% – 200ML

-prevents and reduces the severity of lesions
-ceases oocyst shedding
-enhances growth rate
-improves feed conversion
Our Toltrazuril 5% solution is suitable for both therapy and metaphylaxis, and functions as an effective instrument for controlling coccidia-related problems. By damaging the intracellular developmental phases of Coccidia, toltraturazil impacts schizonts, microgametes, and macrogametes without damaging the cell tissue of the host animal. From the magrometes, toltrazuril damages wall-forming bodies, and in all intracellular developmental phases, severe vacuolisation happens due to inflation of the endoplasmatic reticulum. Toltrazuril does not interfere with immune growth, and usually doesn’t want follow-up therapy, even in advanced diseases (after three to five times ). However, the efficacy of the medication is independent from the severity of the infection.
TOLTRAZURIL 5% – 200ML
Toltrazuril is very lipid soluble so absorption and distribution into tissue is very excellent. Toltrazuril 5 percent has a special mode of action and there is no reason to be concerned with an adverse reaction or a drug-drug reaction. As Toltrazuril only has action against protozoa, there’s absolutely no impact on mad of intestinal flora and the formula is very well tolerated. In order soluble in water, the product undiluted is very alkaline, pH 11.4. Immediate oral dosing of this undiluted product is very irritating to mucous membranes and also will cause instant vomiting. Ensure you are using the correct formulation.
The drug is easy to get in Canada and Australia, but not the US. While other drugs have been used to restrain Coccidia infections, they do not provide a cure, and the creature may continue to be infectious to other creatures.
FOR USE WITH CATS:
DO NOT use the 2.5% alternative sold as a pigeon remedy, as it could be caustic to the mucus membranes of cats.
Don’t use this drug in pregnant cats since the teratogenic effects of the medication hasn’t been adequately researched as of today.
In a published study, one dose of Toltrazuril treated coccidiosis in dogs, provided that sufficient environmental cleanup is done. However, it’s encouraged to repeat the treatment weekly for a few weeks. It is CRITICAL to clean the surroundings to rid of coccidia. This drug is most effective when it’s used at age 4-6 weeks to stop coccidia infection in kittens.
Toltrazuril is intended to dose cats until the presence of clinical signs. Most catteries suffer from coccidiosis in young kittens around 5 weeks of age, meaning therapy ought to be given around day 28 in order to kill the early phases of this protozoa. The coccidiosis does a nice job of that by itself. Intestinal cells remain intact and operational while the single cell phases of the cocci are dead, as evidenced by staining techniques in research. As Toltrazuril is cidal, kittens don’t need to depend on their own immune systems to eliminate the cocci as they desire using a medication that only treats symptoms.
TOLTRAZURIL 5 percent — 200ML
It is quite difficult to judge when a kitten is infected, and that’s why administration prior to clinical symptoms is suggested. The intent is to kill the protozoa until there’s damage to the villi to clean the disease. In this way, the kittens won’t develop the standard clinical signs of diarrhea. If you’re able to spot oocysts in fecal exam, the protozoa has finished its reproductive cycle. The medication can’t penetrate the oocyst wall to kill the point, but treatment in the very first indications of a clinical case will still help to limit the severity and length of the infection as the Toltrazuril will kill solitary cell stages that have not replicated sexually yet.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The below information was taken from a journal subjective posted to the Fanciershealth Yahoogroups list in 2001: Toltrazuril therapy of cystoisosporosis in puppies under experimental and field conditions. A Daugschies, HC Mundt, V Letkova Parasitology Research, 2000, Vol 86, Iss 10, pp 797-799
“Coccidia of the genus Cystoisospora cause moderate to severe diarrhoea in dogs. The impacts of toltrazuril treatment on cystoisosporosis were analyzed under experimental and field conditions. Three groups of six dogs were treated 3 dpi using 10, 20 or 30 mg/kg body fat of toltrazuril suspension (5%); the rest puppies served as non-treated controls. Toltrazuril suspension or microgranulate were awarded after in a dose of 10 or 20 mg/kg body weight, respectively, to naturally infected puppies in conventional dog breeding facilities, depending upon the coproscopical signs of infection. Oocyst excretion and clinical information were recorded.
Under experimental conditions, the non-treated puppies excreted oocysts starting at 6 dpi and endured from catarrhalic into haemorrhagic diarrhoea. On 12 dpi, four of six non-treated dogs expired. No matter the dose, toltrazuril treatment completely suppressed oocyst excretion and no diarrhoea or other signs of disease were observed in the treated groups. Organic Cystoisospora infections were regularly discovered throughout the 3rd or 4th week old in dog breeding centers although not always connected with diarrhoea. A single oral application of toltrazuril abrogated oocyst shedding and the treated puppies remained normally coproscopically adverse during the following 2-4 weeks.TOLTRAZURIL 100ml TOLTRAZURIL 100ml TOLTRAZURIL 100ml
Cystoisospora is pathogenic for puppies and can cause severe disease. Natural infections are common in traditional dog breeding facilities. Toltrazuril therapy is suitable for controlling cystoisosporosis under experimental and field requirements. A single oral treatment for puppies in the 3rd/4th week old is recommended.”https://horsemedcare.com/
