Indications:
Inflammatory skin diseases associated with bacterial, fungal or mixed infection. Dermatitis secondarily infected by fungi or bacteria. Bacterial or fungal infections that have a marked inflammatory action. Wounds of all kinds. Burns.

Therapeutic Action:

The activity is based on the inhibition of ergosterol synthesis in the cell membrane of the pathogenic microorganism. This results in the accumulation of precursors by interfering with the synthesis of triglycerides and fatty acids, and in an inhibitory effect on oxidative and perioxidative enzymes. Accumulation of ergosterol precursors and toxic peroxides results in cytolysis.

The clinical efficacy of miconazole has been demonstrated on: dermatophytes, Tricophitum sp.

Centella Asiatica: Healing, antiseptic, phlebotonic, vasoprotective, astringent and antipruritic. Regarding the healing action, it has been shown that it stimulates cell mitosis and favors the biosynthesis of collagen at the level of connective tissue, a key protein in wound healing.

Dosage and Administration:
Apply a thin layer of Dermagen to completely cover the affected area two or three times a day, or as directed by the Veterinarian. The frequency of application will be determined according to the severity of the condition. The duration of therapy should be determined by the patient’s response.
